Emerge at Auburn University
Emerge at Auburn University
The Goal
Auburn University seeks to cultivate high caliber leaders who are recognized by top businesses in the marketplace. With a desire to expand leadership opportunities for its students, Auburn engaged ADDO to create a leadership program for over 1,000 incoming freshmen that would serve as a catalyst for a life-long pursuit of personal and professional development.
Our Strategy
Our Engage, Expose, Equip learning philosophy is the pillar for Auburn University’s Emerge program, a four year leadership track that instills in students a hunger for higher level leadership and service roles. Emerge engages students with relevant content and thoughtfully exposes students to a deeper understanding of what it means to lead at a high level. Whether in the marketplace, ministry, or education, Emerge equips students with the leadership skills needed to be successful personally and professionally.
In addition to ADDO’s curriculum methodology, Auburn leveraged our team’s expertise to develop a comprehensive strategy and tactical roadmap to deploy Emerge leadership content to over 1,000 students.
The Challenge
Auburn’s greatest challenge is engaging and mobilizing over 1,000 students in a way that gets them excited about using their influence to positively impact others. ADDO’s relevant approach to curriculum and partnership spanning from strategy to execution provided a scalable way to equip student leaders to effectively deliver the curriculum.
The Outcome
With over 1,000 students engaged, Emerge is the single largest student organization on the Auburn University campus!
